Our Shipping Policy
All Basically Barista orders are shipped using Australia Post. Most orders are processed and dispatched within one working day of the order being placed. Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be delivered. A flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 is charged to all orders under $75. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large items and commercial orders. Even though we quote an express shipping price, this doesn't apply for large and bulky items that need to be transported via freight. Tracking numbers are only available for express post items. There is no shipping charge for all orders over the amount of $75.00. All orders are inspected by Basically Barista staff prior to shipment for quality assurance. Please email or call us before you place your order if you would like to clarify any shipping queries.
Our Return Policy
All returns are accepted within 30 days of the order being placed. All returned items must be in the original packaging and in unused condition. All warranty issues are handled by the Australian supplier of the product. Occasionally items are damaged in the shipping process. If this occurs, Basically Barista must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the product. The product can be sent back to us for evaluation and a replacement with be sent accordingly. Although Basically Barista does not handle warranty issues directly, we will do our upmost to ensure that any issues are handled appropriately.
